My name's Patricia Green, I teach yoga, work as a receptionist at Wyndley Leisure Centre and am trained in Indian Head Massage.
I've been teaching Hatha yoga since 2009. Our classes are mainly for beginners and take place 10.00 -11.00am on Thursday mornings.
The class has gradually built up over this time, and we now have a lovely group of people who come each week - some have attended almost from the start.
Whether you'd like to attend as a regular, or as a 'one-off' to see what yoga is about, anyone wishing to join us will be most welcome!
